So what days do we want to caravan to the Red Rock Classic in Moab?

I need to submit my days off to work ASAP.

Leaving Thursday or Friday toward Moab......Leaving Suday or Monday to head back?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

i am not part of your caravan, but i am an experienced road tripper (especially from denver to LA).
did someone say they needed .02 ? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)

the so cal group should set their sites on making it to mesquite thursday night. it's just a little bit further than vegas, the rooms are quite a bit cheaper, and it puts you closer to moab the next morning.

now back to your reguarly scheduled program (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Good idea, but Mesquite is only about a hour and fifteen min away from Vegas...

If you decide to go the Mesquite, look up the Oasis casino. Right off I15 on the Border. Thursday rates I believe are only $29.00 If anyone needs to crash in Vegas, let me know. I have a house that is unoccupied with two airmatresses and lots of rooms. Plenty of parking available behind the gate so your cars would be safe. Let me know...

which should allow the cali group a little more rest before the vegas group meets up with them, or, an earlier departure to and arrival in moab. I just know that i like to get as far as i can on an outbound trip as possible so the next day is easier. plus, this allows the cali group to spend more time driving at nght, and more time driving in the morning (think cooler) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif)

maybe i should start a new thread and have it nailed? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)
