I was ticketed in Chemult on Hwy 97 (65 in a 35) by an Oregon state trooper and
did the "Plea in Abeyance" approach. I ended up paying the fine as a fee ($175) anyway, but the court didn't process the ticket as long as I didn't get another citation for 6 months. (Easy for me because I don't get up to Oregon all that often.) If you can show you've got a clean driving record it can go along way!! Good luck!! |
