I've been watching Joe O'Brien's progress on the Turtlegirl car, he painted the underside first, before he painted the rest of the body.

The more I thought about doing it that way, the more it made sense, this way I can put the suspension back under it which allow me to roll the car around when I paint the exterior, and it will allow me to make any adjustments to the rear fenders for tire clearance before I put the finish paint on the car.

Here's the car back up in the air, I sure wish I had a rotiserie;
