Ok, I guess pretty much everybody already knows about it, but we've finally put a "event webpage" up...

www.ssimotorsports.com/swapmeet2

Check it out, and please spread the word (and link) !!!

cheers,

Got a denial letter from Medicare yesterday. Figures (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Fuckin Gov't... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/finger.gif)

I also talked w/ the supplier. Chair was ordered without reply from Medicare simply because I need it, whether they pay or not. Thank God I got friends in high places.
Just an update. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Brad, PM me to figure some details out...

My Tee shirt auction has closed at $405. I just got conformation that it was paid for via the Paypal link at the top. I will be doing a sweatshirt with a nicely modified tail dragger targa. I'll post a pic here when it's done. It will require me to do a few additional sketches first, so it will be awhile.

I hope this auction/ donation helps in some way.

I wondered where the 405$ came from... I saw who it was... LOL

I still need to get 5-6 checks into the bank on Monday.

We should be at 6k dollars. I havent had time to add everything up.

James, will this shifter work in an '86 Carrera? If so I am going to jump in the bidding.

Brad,

Thanks for the hint on the link. I am a sucker for a good cause. I hope he gets his chair soon. Now if there were just some way to fit it into the teener......

Yeah, I am a quick study when it comes to geek things like this. I just found this site and found a lot of helpful info in a short amount of time, so I might be sticking around a while (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
