2.0 motor. By the #3 spark plug hole is a wire with end connector coming from another hole in the tin. Wha'ts it for?
In Haynes it says 4.35 ft lbs of torque on the nuts holding the manifold to the head. That's only 1/2 grunt on a wrench, much less a real torque - sounds like to me. Error in the book or that's right?? Thanks Guys Attached thumbnail(s) |

2 MKP, more or less. I use 18 ft/lbs for all the conventional 8mm fasteners. The injector hold down nuts go to about 7ft/lbs (1MKP). Just another reason NOT to use Haynes.
