What an excellent event!

Thanks to everyone for helping me troubleshoot my fuel issue. Thanks so much Ed for having that right answer that sparked my memory.

Special thanks to Mike and Mary Moorman for opening up their house and treating us like a 911 crowd! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

Special thanks to Jim and Lisa for pulling me out of a gasoline induced comma and taking Jeff and I to your little slice of paradise on the Animas river. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Special thanks to Brant for loaning me some tools and helping me immensely.

Special, special thanks to Eric and Val for all your help and organization and...

Super special thanks to Sharon and Mike for a putting on great event!

Agreed - it was a most excellent adventure!

Thanks again to all that helped out:

Jim Watters for the coolers of soft drinks and water that kept us going during the day.

Eric and Val for the adult beverages at the BBQ.

Eric, Mike and Brant for stepping up when needed....

To all my new friends - cheers!

Is any chance the event will be in Durango next year? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I just got home from Toronto Saturday night. I know the Alien is fast but there is no way I was making it by Sunday morning. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Mike & I are both home safe. Had a little scare with Mike's car when it shut down momentarily after the rain started near Gray Mountain, AZ but an otherwise great trip. Now to sort out the pictures and get some up on the picture thread.

Already looking forward to next year. What a great event! Thanks to all for setting this up!

What a great time. Moveqik and I had a great drive back to Phoenix thanks to the cooler temps due to the rain. No problems other than finding another leak in my car during a hard rain. Many thanks to Brant, Sharon, Mike & Mary, and all those who helped with the arrangements. Hopefully next year I won't be on medication that prevents me from drinking.

Ditto what everyone said! And to top off an amazing event, Mike & I were treated to a down right chilly drive home until
The last hour. Never before seen for an RRC drive!

Sharon, Mike, Mike, Mary(and anyone else that helped)- thank you! Jason and Andy - thank you for the awesome stickers and awards.

Interesting drive back from PHX, but not too bad. It seems that on Saturday night, I started losing some gears. Trying to go into first gave me 3rd, .. 3rd gave me 5th. I'm assuming (hopefully) linkage bushings. Luckily I can get the car rolling in 3rd, and kept it in 5th the entire drive.

Thanks to Sharon, Gint, Eric, Val, Mike, Mary, Jason, Andy, Brant and everyone else for putting together and participating in such an awesome event. I am glad that I finally got to make it out west for an event and meet a lot of great people.

Car ran great and all 3000 miles were trouble free (except for thebusted windshield) and I finally made it home about 11:00 this morning after rolling out of Durango about 9:00 yesterday morning. I'm thinking if I make another RRC, it will be by aircraft.

Had a blast and really enjoyed meeting everyone. I hope all made it back home safe and sound and trouble free. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Unfortunately not, Rick. We're looking at either Moab or something close to Bryce Canyon if we can find something that we won't have to room 6 people per double room to afford the lodging cost. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

RRC attendees......thanks for coming to Durango for RRC. Because of this event, I had the great fortune to meet Mike and Mary and now consider them friends along with the rest of the RRC crew. Thanks for the award, NARP. I know she (997) has water in her veins but you can't hold that against her. Great to meet all of you.

Your buyer is a fool...they just flaked on one of the most beautiful examples of a factory six that I have ever seen. Hopefully we see it next year!
