Shop 1, $540 plus parts
Shop 2, $500-700 plus parts
Shop 3, $700-$1200
Shop 4, $300 plus parts (Can't get intouch with him since my last e-mail 12/24/04?)

I need a basic valve job. Clean, inspect, 3-angle valve job, install new guides, reassemble and confirm setup.

The heads are off and ready to ship and/or drop off.

Lets hope the valves are OKAY..

I sent mine to EBS.
All new intake valves...out of spec.
New springs......should be automatic with an unknown set.
Prompt service.
Total cost was around 800 bucks.

German Presision in Ca does a good job at reasonable prices also

Wonder if these two places were on you list? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

Looks like Jeff already sent you a PM. Go with him if you can. I have installed much of his work in customer cars. He is top notch, his workmanship rocks! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rocking nana.gif)
