There seems to be enough interest to put another one of these together.
You would be looking at a high quality vinyl that would be stitched on the edges. I know the OEM was thermally bonded, but the cost to set up and do that would double the cost at less that 100 sets. So, they're not exactly like OEM, but they will have the mirror sewn in like the OEM. I will also make new visor clips available if you wish for $50 a set of all 3. These are the ones with the stainless pins. This will be only to those that are in on the visor refurb deal. Just chime in on the thread here to get yourself on the list. As soon as it looks like we've got the 20 sets, I'll send the details. The price for vinyl is $104 with your cores. Please send stripped as shown or there is an additional $10 in cost (any it costs you more to ship). This price is + shipping back at cost. Figure about $10 domestic give or take a few bucks. done now to find the cores If Mikey can make it work with two left side cores, I've got you covered. I can make them as a left and right, but the screws will be opposite. I can flip one over, but the clamp is set up so it can only be used one way. If you don't mind screws on opposite sides (one up and one down) Yes it can be done. Hope this helps. |

Looks like this can be fixed by switching the orientation of the small threaded clip. Makes sense to produce one frame and use hardware to determine the proper orientation. Attached image(s) |
