its ok i drive a car thats so low, embarassing to get in and out of at my age, , nosiy, rattles, unsafe, because i have a passion for old cars, love to do my own mechanical work and i am preserving a part of automotive history and it will be worth so much more in a few years, just look at the 911.

A guy named Magnus will never take a liking to our cars, never modify them and then never auction these off at Amelia Island for 6 figures (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

914 owners are usually sad when they find out that they can't turbo a 914.

I'll have my '73 restoration running by summer's end... (wish that was true)

BTW, my '71 had a turbo in late '70's, built by a Porsche mechanic friend who held several speed records at Bonneville, many in a Carrera Speedster. Ran pretty well and I actually made to and from Iowa to Road America's Porsche Park several times without blowing up. Did blow it up a year or so later in the early '80's so went back to NA...

That would be a 911 deception ! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
....but if this is true it makes phantom bidders at auctions look like law abiding citizens (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
