Hello, we are in the process of doing a full restoration on a rescued (sitting in mud since 1989) all original, 1973 Porsche 914S 2.0 - Delphi Green Metallic.

Currently we are removing the complete wiring harness and am having trouble feeding the rear harness thru the rear chassis tube and firewall.

Do I need to remove the corresponding connectors from the fuse box and then feed the harness out the back? I thought it possible to leave all fuse box connections in place (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) and feed the engine harness through the firewall to the cabin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
