I use the brown vinyl, dying is a poor solution as it will not stand up well over time.

Any plans for doing corduroy inserts like some of the 914's had back than...I would love to get a set in black...but I hear bad things about the quality of todays corduroy...it has to be automotive quality.

Mark, do you have the brown Brickmold for early cars? Mine originally had brown. I've switched it to black because I didn't think I could find the brown again.
Also, I think I read you're working on a replacement dash pad. Is this true or just someone's wishfull thinking? |

i know i orderd the gray plaid with black vinyl from the other group buy... and that is finally due in soon - i might have you do that with white vinyl instead. I wish i could do a mock up to see what that would look like, but in my mind i think it would look really cool!

The brown brick mold for the early car is proving difficult to source, but I'm working on it. I may be able to. I'll know more when I return. Mark |

Not much, it was supposed to be done this last week, now I'm told it was just scheduled. It didn't happen. We can keep waiting or I can get you a full refund. I know this has taken forever, what everyone didn't realize is that it took me over 18 months to get the initial run of these done. I only posted when they were almost complete. My intent was to make it all happen in what was a short time I I hate dragging this out. It will happen, it's just a matter of me calling weekly as I have been. Fortunately I have his cell number so I will always get through.

I'll p.m. you to get the details of which one you can get me the quickest. And some day if you actually do the the pattern I can always sell what I get and get the one I wanted. |

I received my early black seat vinyl kit yesterday and it looks fantastic! It's all a perfect match since I previously purchased the 914Rubber door panel kit in an earlier group buy and also have the dash vinyl kit. So, all that early brick weave patern in these pieces match perfectly. Next I need to do the back pad and I'm thinking of using the fiberflass panels too!
Thanks for making all the awesome products for our cars Mark! |
