I saw this on PMBs Facebook site. Looks pretty cool.

I'm not sure if it's this one or another like it, but there's a pretty detailed thread on how a member here made that (or like it) somewhere on here... I thought I saved it cause I want to do the same thing... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hissyfit.gif)

I didn't want my bumper cut and wanted to keep the LE spoiler so this is what we came up with.

Yes,
The orange car is mine and I commissioned Mark to build a cooler similar to the Eastcoasters work.
The finish work and functionality was completed by Eric st PMB and his team.

I'm going with the same concept.
I can't believe it was seen here in NJ 11 years ago !

My 914 finally moved up the production line at PMS. Again thanks to Perry for the engine tins. I think I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

Best option on the motor mount...

Is there a measurement taken for the location of this mount installation, or is it perfectly centered on the firewall?

Centered. The ribs on each side at the engine firewall make it easy.

Heres a pic of my 3.2 motor mated to the trans. I have been asked why I didn't add some powder coating bling to the usual engine components.
This was on my list but I felt it was more wise to put those funds into my rebuilt trans.
I stepped up and had a WAVETRAC ATB Differential and a Patrick magnesium Intermediate Plate installed along with other goodies.
The engine bling can wait another day.

Engine bling in a 914 doesn’t really show much compared to a 911.
