This is the LAST bunch of parts to be zinc plated, this took a long time to do, but I figured it would be easier to keep track of my parts, you gotta feal sorry for the guy at the plating shop that does this for a living, it sure is hard on your fingers, twisting all the wire;
I noticed that my wiper assembly was repaired by the PO, so Ron had an extra one that I sent out to be plated. Attached image(s)

I finished the Poly Bronze Bushing install, here I drilled and tapped the zirk fittings;

I also installed the front set too, I had to gring off some of the powder coating to get the sleaves to fit;

I'm sending out the front struts to get powder coated, I got the hubs sand blasted and thinking about having them powder coated too, has anyone had any experiences with powder coated hubs? I would think they would be fine as long as they don't spray the bearing race area.
I bought a set of bearings for the front off of eBay and they don't fit, so I ordered another set from the Bird, I should have bought it from them to begin with. |

i wouldnt spray the lug area of the hubs either.... powder is mass, and it will affect the trueness of the mating surface where the wheel mounts....

I got the hinges back from the powder coating shop, I decided to go with the Silver Hammer Tone color (I did the suspension Black Hammer Tone):
