Absolutely
It's my daily driver, and even if it weren't, I would still drive it on 9-14
How can you not?
(Unless, of course, it's currently anchoring down some jack stands to keep them from blowing away)

You bet I drove him, he's my Daily Ride! I also wished him "Happy 9/14" this morning when I got in him to come to work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

What a wonderful idea Toast! I do believe I'll be going topless for the drive home myself... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)

Attached ImageDrove mine today and of all days the horn relay decides to fail! So I had a blaring horn till I could pull over and turn the key off. Pulled the fuse and its still came on when I turned the key on. Had to take the grill off and disconnect the wire off the horn. Changed the relay when I got home.

QUOTE(1970 Neun vierzehn @ Sep 14 2006, 10:59 AM) *

I was going to drive it to work today but then realized I'd have to make a very out- of- the- way detour to avoid a construction zone. Roads clotted with mud, gravel, tar sprayers, and cell- phone talking, Starbucks-sipping, attention-deficient women driving luxo-SUVs and 914s don't mix. So I wimped out and left it in the garage.

GIRLY MAN!

Just kidding! You know I won't take mine out if the humidity is higher than 48 percent! Just thought you could use a dig for the week. By the way, Cap-10's work for that scenario

Yep, I drove her around a couple of country roads today. I kept the drive fairly short so that I had time to clean off the road grime from the 1500 mile round trip to the SEC. She is looking great again and is clean enough to drive to work tomorrow (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
