Great... Fantastic... Wonderful.

The van has been quite a saga. Thankfully through its duration and now conclusion it is the kind of story that we can talk about with great pride. This group done very, very good.

Special thanks to those of you that had the sticktoittiveness to get it done. I'm glad to be associated to such a great bunch of folks.

Dave and family - Enjoy!

Bruce Allert was kind enough to supply myself and a few others with a CD from November 9 2003, Rainbonnet Drivers Education and Autocross day at Portland International Raceway.
The CD is complete with pictures and movies of JP and his ULF, Jim Chambers and his Road and Race car, and me in the black Boxster.
The weather was great and it was a really fun day at the track.
Thanks Bruce.

You're welcome Craig, glad you enjoyed the CD.

As for the Knock down as many cones event... ya, some of us just get a kick outta see'n the help scurry to stand the cones back up before the next car come thru (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Actually the layed down cones in the pic are directionals for those of us that can't see what way to go for all the cones (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol3.gif)

Finally home from the funeral. Was rough... RIP Mimi (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

On a much, much happier note, The Van™ Kicks Ass !! Great power, for a 5 cylinder van. Sweet throaty sound from the Flow-miester. Brad described it perfectly as "... a small frieght train". Best of all, it is extremely easy loading the car, and me, in/out. ... sigh... THANK YOU, BRAD (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Great pics of the event, everyone. Perfect day for the festivities, huh ? THANKS JP (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

My wife and I figuring out a special way to say THANKS to everyone. A nice write up, for starters... Also tryin' to convince the wife that the best Personalized plate is 914CLUB (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) .

I am also looking into having car badges made (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)

tired...

Thanks Bruce. The Lincoln Mark VII LSC(F.B.I. Mobile) is one of the last great american cars made. Right before Brad, Lyrissa and I made it to Lake Shasta the front right airbag (Air Suspension) gave out. I swore to Brad that it was due to the cold weather. So we stopped and shut off the air compressor to even out the ride and go into Low-Rider mode. Man was the ride horrible after that! The next day I turned the compressor back on and the shock was fine (in Cal. weather). I called Brad and told him the car made History to be the first Ford to fix itself (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol3.gif)
