Here is our itinerary. I'll publish a schedule with maps and times closer to the date.

Thursday night - BBQ in the parking lot / meet and greet
Friday AM - Coffee and Cars followed by a drive to get lunch (Torrey)
Friday night - Pizza in the parking lot / meet and drink
Saturday AM - Main Drive through Bryce with lunch (bagged)
Saturday night - Main dinner at Circle D restaurant / awards
Sunday AM - Coffee and Cars followed by a short drive to a hike (Escalate Petrified Forest)
Sunday Afternoon and Night - on your own for sightseeing, lunch and dinner / parking lot activities
Monday AM - final meetup for breakfast at Circle D restaurant and goodbyes.

Note: The restaurant at the Circle D motel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We're going to try to project some event appropriate movies in the evenings (Bullitt, Gone in 60 Seconds, Better Off Dead, for example). We're working on logistics.

Were out too. We have a new grandson due close to the event and we will have to stay around here for that. Really, really going to miss attending.

Kansas-Durango-soon to be Texas Mike already took our room. Have a couple for us and watch out for the accordion effect!

Sharon ... I won't be there, but if you remember there wasn't shit in Torrey except for the restaurant at the Best Western.

Make sure you take everyone to Hidden Falls behind the infamous concrete pool/spa motel (whatever they call it now).

Well, the clock is ticking. My Daughter's "Bun in the oven" is close to being done. I told her I would cancel the trip if the little bugger decided to leave home a little early. She told me not to cancel as she was absolutely sure he would be in the sunshine prior to the event.

I told her to turn up the heat and git 'er done or turn down the heat and let him cook a bit longer. For now, it is day to day. She has another inspection scheduled for next Wednesday.

We will see ...............

Hey Sharon, still need a head count for meals (sorry, just poked my head in and saw that). Nicole and I will be there Thursday afternoon and pln on heading back Sunday around noonish.

I'll check my projectors and see if I can get something working with my laptop for the movies.

Also, I'll throw out some "Escalante" only type attractions. Lower Calf Creek Falls is spectacular and right on the road to Torrey. I'd be happy to lead a hike there on the way back. It's listed as "moderate" but it will take 3-4 hours. Plan accordingly.

Devils Garden and Peek-a-Boo Canyon are some other major attractions in that area. Peek-a-Boo is a killer slot canyon.
