Travis,
I'm 99.9% I'm trailoring my car so if you need to catch a ride up there, let me know. Other wise, lets get a good caravan going.

All of the details are here.
The registration fee is only $70. That includes all your meals for the 3 days (except lunch on Friday and Sunday). You also get 1 raffle ticket ($10 value) for valuable 914 prizes, awards for the Rise and Shine Car Show, maps so you don't get lost on the tours, and more.
About your only other expense will be the hotel room. Be sure to book yours now. The rooms at The Aarchway Inn are blocked off until August 25th. After that there are no guarantees. Expect the town to sell out for the weekend.
NOTE: If you are paying your registration fees by Paypal - credit cards are not accepted. You either need to transfer the funds from your bank account or send a check to Brant. All of the details are in the link at the top of this thread.

Utah has 3.2% beer, and you cannot by liquor on Sudays!
Now, us Califonians have at least 5% beer.
Seems like I should bring my own "contraband" with me.
I'm glad im not on the "you better come or else" list.
I'll pay for registration as soon as I get paid next.
Already have the hotel room!

OK John & Brant....
Right now chances are slim to none that I can make it. If I can, is there a possibility to do a last minute registration? I have 2 beer fests, a balloon rally in White Sands, Nico's Birthday, our first anniversary, Porter's in school, and the list goes on and on. September sux!!!
I'm making an honest effort, but I probably won't know until the weekend before. Let me know if I can do a last minute thing! (If Joe can't make it, I might be able to talk Nico into letting me run up with Luckie... then again, it's never good to leave the 2 of us unchaperoned!!!

Liz,
The end of the road deadline is going to be when we give final numbers to the cooks for the food....
probably about 10-14 days before the event.
but I think we can keep you on the maybe list. I think they will be a little flexible with us, and I would be happy to assist with that as late as possible.
we will work it out
how about you and I chat as things get closser.

You ****gasp**** actually want them to pay I suppose you believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, etc.,.............
And worst of all you expect them to drive their cars beyond the limit of their AAA membership (7 miles). Gad, you live in a dream world.

Well I missed the part about not accepting credit card PayPal payments (did that get added later?) So Brant has to refuse my payment and I have to send him a check. I don't mind sending him a check, but I'm sorry to have caused him extra work.
So if you're not registered yet - what's taking you so long?

Ernie,
no problem.
sorry for the inconvienience on your end!
we just did that to save a few bucks of paypal fee's so as to not have to add that into the registration cost....
KEVIN, you had better go..
truck or car you had better go!
I think I may be taking the van, so I should be able to help with bike hauling if that happens
