I am amazed that the door gaps look this good after all of the panel fab and repair and welding with minimal bracing.

I will certainly do it the next week.

I will stabilize the door openings using roll bar between hinge and door lock pillars.

as usual I will share some pictures before welding.

i measure 637mm on my car for same dimension. thats with vinyl coating.
looks like you get 638mm for same without vinyl.
pretty right i guess.

Floor is beautiful. Don’t ya love that door jamb snorkel. What a pain in the ass it was for me. Looks like you have it well in hand.
