We have been working on this for some time now and are going into production soon.
The brake reservoir covers. I had seen these in the past and since no one wants crud on the top of the reservoir to get into the system, I decided to make these. I made these in 2 flavors, The thinner material like OEM and a material that is slightly thicker and looks more like the reservoir itself. The thicker one is the 1st prototype shown. I did actually stumble across one being used in the wild at WCR too! These will be ready in about a week. Pricing to follow shortly. You know me it will be reasonable. Mark Attached thumbnail(s) |

Look on P.7 of your Haynes. Is the spout cast in to your cover?

Look on P.7 of your Haynes. Is the spout cast in to your cover? The cover has a notch that gets cut out if you have the spigot. It slips over it nicely but will require you to remove the hose and reinstall it after the cover is on. You can see the one we saw at WCR was cut for it and didn't have the overflow. The more opaque version I made (thicker) makes it hard to see as the reservoir is new and the same material. I'll get some better pics up next week. Mark |
