(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Sadly, I spotted on an IG site called "onlyinglendale". Their latest reel has a late model red 914 with painted sails and 4 lug Fuchs burning down on Brand Blvd.
![]() ![]() Anyone on here know about the car or the owner? Car looked to be nicely painted and well maintained, appearance wise except for the 3' flames coming out of the engine bay and the interior. |

That red 914 engulfed in a fire is gutwrenching.
I'm going through my air cooleds' right now with new upgraded PTFE fuel lines for this very reason. Just had all these (original) fuel lines pulled out of the '79 930>> low (11,250) orig miles and all non-ferrous fuel lines were hard + cracking. Get your old fuel lines into the dumpster and keep your investment safe ! ![]() |
