alright, here it is. the official /6 vs. /4 bashing thread! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
here's your chance to be heard. (or hurt) give it your best shot. take off the gloves. no punch too low. no rules (except no porn, no politics and no religion)(puppies are welcome). name calling is a plus. get down and dirty. tell us how you really feel. i'll start: - /4 have a better low end torque curve, thus they're better suited for AX - /6 have more high end rpm power, thus they're better suited for the big track - a used /6 can be had for cheap, a used /4 can be had for cheaper - a /6 rebuild into something nice will cost more than you car will ever be worth - a raby /4 is expensive, but at least you know what you're getting for your money - most /6 conversion seem to be done "on the cheap". cheap motor, cheap parts, cheap owners = poor quality (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif) Andy |
