Here's a very nice looking ravenna green '74 914 for sale that meets your requirements.....the only problem, it's in the UK. The seller owns a very respected Porsche parts supply company.

It's amazing when someone asks all the money yet fails to take two, maybe three, minutes to vacuum and clear the cockpit of junk?! That inattention to detail usually means there's issues.
