OT (on topic) As far as "Bad Advice" I read much more then I post. I have some real life history with the 914. I know many of the club members did not own 914s in the 70's as I did. I am a fan from the beginning. While reading here almost nightly, I will come across a post that I now the answer to the confusion. BUT, one of the knowledgeable club members seems to beet me to it, and post the correct reply. There are a number of very active and knowledgeable members who always participate.
I would not be concerned with bad advise here, the members I am speaking about, and you know who you are, really keep the quality of this site valid. Thanks to them the 914Club places on top for information on my favorite automobile.
With all the links and advice from club members to information, repair and history, the posts after word really drills down the topic to great recommendations.
So, if you research deep into a topic here, in my op-ion you will receive the right advice.
I need to go back to reading so I can try to fine a post that you guys haven't correctly answered yet.
