What about Dan Jauch's thread . . . he's xsboost90? I know he hasn't been around for a while, but he did send me some good parts for shipping only (and they've found a home on my car already too).

Don't forget Michelko's thread. Diggin into Hell Over 28k views. These progress threads are great inspiration as well as being great reference material.

It's funny when I think back....

My first visual of a 914 was in high school when my high school auto shop teachers brother brought his in for a tune-up. It was only a couple of years old. =-P

I remember sitting in it and thinking, "Wow, it rides so low. This is unlike any car I've experienced before". =-)

To go from then to now has been such a great experience.

Michelkos thread is what brought me here. I started googling about 914 hell holes and somehow landed on his thread. Cut to me reading it in its entirety for the rest of the night.

I would have thought that 30k views and over 500 replies would at least get honorable mention.
