Never mind,,,duh,,,looking at wrong picture!!!!! The pic was of a alfa, but not the one in question.
The top picture is a great example of an early Jaguar with a herniated asshole after many miles in the.....huuurrrrrhhhuuummm...... "track".

after a really long research I found out that it's a one off - they took an older Alfa Romeo race car and put a new body on it - that's it
there also exists a sister model - therefore they used an ex J.M. Fangio race car, that he used at the Targa Florio and at Le Mans 1953
the car with the new body was for Juan Domingo PerĂ²n (this one has a bigger engine and a slightly different rear window):
well then, I've got a new one
please help me find out this one - it's a japaneese car that's available in the USA, but not in Europe yet:

OK - here's one.
It is pretty rare.
It marries Italian and American - has a very prestegious history, and may have something to do with MG down the road (?).
A La 914, this is a Targa, but what you might find interesting - it's also a cabrio with the flip of a switch.
I'd never own one, don't want one, but, it's interesting and hence worthy of the game.

One that was never answered was this
It's a Halerconcept Attack, a kit car that you build out of a Honda Accord.

I like what they have created, looks mean with a grouchy facia.
The exposed dampers is a unique detail,a very nicely sculpted body.
http://www.halerconcepts.com/english/attack.htmA neat idea,a new suit to the office.

6 of the series I in the picture were made. Changes to race rules stopped it going into production. However the Saab Sonett II, V4 & III made a production run of around 11,000 cars in total!
