Yes I do not care what people think of me. This is why we have the internets.

I started a new shift at work, 7:30/8am(DC traffic is so bad we have a floating 30 minutes)-5:30/6pm. I was doing 1pm-11pm.

I thought nothing of it until the first morning, come time to go. 6:55 I step out to the GTi, and it hits me. Oh man, the morning poop! It comes at this time!

Do the trot back inside running while clenching the cheeks. Bam morning bowel movement. 15 minutes late to work.....


And 15 minutes late every day since the past two weeks. MY body is on some schedule where I have to do my morning poop at exactly 6:55-7am. I have tried eating at different times, nothing is helping.

Tomorrow I have to talk to my boss about it and let him know it is not intentional, but until nature changes the course I will be about 15 minutes late each day, whether I have to stop somewhere or stay home that extra few minutes.

I imagine it's worth 5K just for the mailing list. Names, adresses, phone, email, ect. That kind of list would normally cost a fortune for multiple use. Plus many of the teener owners own other Porsches. Smart move!

Public auction so it's a little difficult to hide. If George really wanted to keep it secret he could have just given Brad a call.

I doubt that the sites will be merged. Club was a private enterprise before and I can't imagine George being so benevolent that he'd give that up now to make it all public, one big free community. I know I'm negatively biased when I think about George and AutoAtlanta, but think the Do It Pelican Style speculation earlier is more probable. I guess we'll see.

About 5-6 years ago, we were at mid ohio and a guy with us who ran formula fords literally shit himself from severe food poisoning.

It was pretty terrible.

Poor guy had to trot to the bathroom, and another guy grabbed his suitcase before he went back to the hotel for the weekend.

Never write off the possibility of randomly shitting yourself as an adult, it always lurks. That is the lesson I learned that day. Kind of like grey pubes, life has little special surprises in store.

When we get tired of threads that go into bashing mode we turn them into a poo thread. Pretty simple logic there. George is a grown man and can speak up anytime he wants to. He is pretty good at interjecting his opinion as we all are. Trust me, when he is ready to talk he will. Until then he will sit back and watch what we have to say.

FWIW First poop of the day was wondeful. A wonderful burnt chocolate aroma with a hint of elderberry.

So I have exciting news. The poop fairy visited last night. She bestowed upon me the digestive cycle I had been asking for.


6:30 am, BAM. My body rolled back 30 minutes for my new shift at work. It took two weeks or so but damn, it is nice. Perfect timing.

Morning protein shake of oats and whey, and baked wild caught sockeye salmon filet were the rewards for my digestive tract.

This is a sign of good things to come, an omen of great blessings in the future.

brad has done 'solids' for many members over the years, myself included. 300 miles out of redwood city with a bad starter. one call and the correct part was there when i arrived. no prepay, no billing, no nothing other than " it will be waiting for you kevin". you may find its to your advantage to speak from personal/first hand experiences before attacking an indvidual you have never met. had it not been for andy and brad there would have not been a 914club or the evolution of 914world.
