I was planning to come tomorrow, but the alignment I had today didn't fix the front end shaking on roughed/uneven road. Hope this coming week I will be able to fix it and able to come next saturday.

Couple of new 914s showed this am:
Valentine from HB bright the yellow '73 and Johnny from Irvine brought the black 73
Both were in the VIN database; funny thing, I had entered the yellow car several years ago when I saw it over at Einmalig

Yep and still learning more useless information. Can't believe I drove this car since 86 with an early top and jury rigged seals, trying to get the cabin noise down and the rain out. Live and learn...... late model top works night and day better... with a late model car.

New Silver 914 in town....with an SBC conversion. Very nice car clean install.

Pulled in just after Keith left on Saturday. Owned by a young, maybe 20 year old woman. Go figure that out. She hasn't had it that long and I didn't get a chance to chat with her that much as she was swarmed with admirers. Told her about 914World and joining.

914 stalkers!! I just saw the same car at Fuji grill in Laguna Niguel. Had to check it out

FYI: It had not been entered before ( I checked), and additional entries can be added without affecting previous entries. Some VINs have 2 and 3 entries; I just added a recent sighting; the original owner entered the same VIN 13 years ago when the car was on the east coast.

Now that the weather is improving I'll show up next Saturday. This weekend my daughter is graduating from San Diego State so spending the weekend down south

I have a rare Saturday free next Sat and I plan on going to Pelicans event next Saturday morning (Palos Verdes) with my 914...anyone going there?

My car is apart. Continuing saga... bought new tires at Costco. Brought the rims and tires into Costco without the car. They installed new tires and say one of my rims is bent. You think I would have noticed this on my car. Either way now I'm stuck getting it fixed. It's a Fixse FM10. I can either have the tire dismounted and send the rim to Fikse is Washington to fix or drop the rim and tire off at vision Motorsports and let them figure it out. Fixse recommended them or just send the rim directly to Fixse. Hope I get this all sorted out by the WCR or I will be driving my Toyota instead.

Try Wheel Repair Specialists in Santa Ana off of Edinger and Grand. They trued up the HRE's .
