It's a garden hose. One of those "flat" hoses that you see on TV.

Its one of those rollup hose reels that you buy when your watching infomercials at 3 o' clock in the morning after too much espresso! I actually bought it for her, she has a green thumb! She LOVES IT!!!!!!!!
