I'm not a rehab specialist, but I have been working with my boss daily after a stroke. So I would be willing to help you if you want to just tell me what to do.

I've had 4... seems to be a different technique for men vs. women.

For the gals I believe they want it to be elevated often. Both knees for some reason. Curl your toes as well.

They also recommend Hydratherapy. Just the knees though. You could stand up in a hot tub while leaning over the edge. It may be a good idea to have someone stand behind you for "support". It's good to have a mirror there so you can monitor your technique.

Modern therapy usually consists of exercise. In the past, they didn't want you to "get on it". Now they recommend you "get on it" often... as long as it doesn't hurt.

lets see... Hydratherapy ......don't forget to drink plenty of fluids as you will be in the desert and eat properly and a foot massage .....sounds like a great way to spend the weekend....just keep the rock climbing to a minimum
