Is that JetHot coated or did you use someone else for the ceramic coating?
Mind sharing who did the creamic coating? I want to send my headers out to them.

I'm providing the service through a business partner of mine.
Headers are $250. Right now, we're on a two-day turn-around time.

Not to jump totally off-topic, but what bike rack is that? I'm looking for something like that to take up little space in my garage.
BTW, that project is really coming along, awesome!

Starting to look like a real 914. So 225s are never going to fit on a stock-bodied 914? Not true.

225 what? 50x16? I know AAron could tell from the photo, but I need some help to know exactly what you've stuffed under there.
Any lip-rolling or minor stretching?
Nice work Joe.

225/50-16s on 7x16 53et 986 wheels.
We trimmed the lips slightly during the body work phase, but it really wasn't necessary.
We're running 944 21mm spacers all around.

The right rear fits perfectly, the left rear had to have .25" removed from the spacer.

It was a long day at Series9. After the reinstallation of the engine, we had a serious leak from one spot.
After the difficult decision to re-remove the engine, we found a cam gasket was pinched during the top end re-seal.
It's fixed now, but I performed two installations and one removal today, with some engine work in between.
No pictures, I was busy.

I don't know if I'd call an engine pull, chain housing open, remove the sprocket, fix the seal, retime the cam, reassemble and reinstall easy, but thanks.
Now it's beer time.
