@KELTY360 Marc, the 8gtt sounds should be an earful...even for a non-flat plane crank Cayenne v8 ! The basic tech in my shorty shorty header design, is how the placement of the tubes enter into the collector; left and right side headers respectively.
Following the Cayenne v8 firing order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
I place the tubes in a (rotational) position, so during the normal scavenging taking place = the exhaust pulses fire into the collector in a rotational fashion.
This gives an extra performance benefit during evacuation of the exhaust pulses. Can't hurt getting the pulses to scaveng even quicker, right?
