Craig - Thanks! Not sure what the paint code is but it sure is blue. Thanks for all your help.

Brent
Trev,
You in North San Jose? The houses look very familiar. What HS are you nearest? PHHS? Just guessing.
Trevorg7
Hi Brent - I am in Almaden which is south San Jose; near the Safeway and country club. Closest HS is Leyland I believe.

T
Brent
Thanks for the quick response. I was hoping you were closer so I could get a better look at the color.
Trevorg7
Brent - Anytime. Its not too far. The original code was L50E, Adriatic Blue, but it's been repainted at least once. It looks much better in the pictures and form 20 feet than up close.

This is Dew4, my 73 2.0L. It's freshly back on the road after an engine overhaul and other work. It is wonderfully sweet to drive!

The sticker in the back window says "My other car is a Volkswagen" - the sticker in the back window of the Eurovan says the same thing!

I'm new to this site. I've had my 914 for a few years. I haven't driven for a while. Just have n't had the time or money to fix my list of problems. I'm hardly a mechanic. i've dropped the engine only and had it rebuilt. Now it idles high. I've also had the seat reupholstered, and reline the gas tank. I don't want to get rid of it but its quite fustrating not being able to drive.
