troubleshoot & correct the fuel pump circuit problem.
Turns out it was a brain, either bad or mismatched.
We didnt start it but it triggers pumps and cranks ...Progress!

It was very nice to work on a car for a couple of hours and have no grease to get off of my hands. One step closer for sure! Time to check the charge on the battery and move to the next step.

Run it like it is for now, take the one you pulled from the 914 and have it rebuilt. It's $250?, not bad for what you get.

Teener Tuesday at my house this week for any interested. Just going to drop my engine, which should only take 30 minutes actual work, and then time to BS and drink beer

Sunday I came to the conclusion that I was repainting the whole car and needed to sand off the clearcoat. Hate to do it, but its the only way I can be sure that everything is in the same color.
